South Africa : A flat rate of R75 is charged.
Local (Southern Suburbs) : Orders are ready for collection within 2-3 days of you having placed your order
Greater Cape Town Metropole : Orders are ready for collection within 3-4 days of you having placed your order
Other Areas : Door to door orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your Fins&Fido parcel, with a reason for your dissatisfaction & we will organise a courier to have the product collected. You can request a replacement or a refund
